WhatsApp Automation for Dental Clinics in Bangalore
WhatsApp Automation for Dental Clinics in Bangalore
Dental clinics in Bangalore work with patients who plan their week around software and office schedules, which means appointments are often rescheduled at short notice. A clinic that confirms slots early has more room to fill cancellations.
What do dental clinics in Bangalore need from WhatsApp automation?
A dental clinic in Bangalore needs to confirm every appointment, remind patients before the visit, and bring patients back for routine checkups. WhatsApp is where patients already read messages, so it is the most direct channel for those three jobs.
How does NeolinQ solve it?
NeolinQ sends booking confirmations and reminders through WhatsApp for dental and physiotherapy clinics. It sends post-visit care messages after a procedure and six-month recall messages for patients who need a checkup. Patients can reply in the same conversation, and confirmation replies appear in the clinic's inbox.
Self-booking is also available. A patient who messages the clinic can book a free slot in a conversation, without waiting for the phone line to open.
What's included?
Booking confirmations, appointment reminders before the visit, post-visit care messages, six-month recall messages, and self-booking through WhatsApp. Patients can be imported from an Excel or CSV file, so the clinic starts with its existing list rather than re-entering it.
Payment links are being rolled out so that a clinic can ask for a token payment at booking. The money is designed to go directly to the clinic's own UPI ID; NeolinQ does not hold funds. Until the feature is available on your account, confirmations use the standard template.
Pricing
Starter is ₹1,999 per month with 2,000 messages included (₹0.25 per message beyond that). There is no free trial on the Starter plan. The Growth plan launches in December 2026. Setup takes about 15 minutes.

How do Bangalore patients prefer to be contacted?
Many patients in Bangalore are comfortable with written messages and expect quick, clear replies. A confirmation that states the date, time and clinic name, and asks for a simple reply, matches that expectation. Long messages or repeated reminders tend to be ignored, so keep each message short and useful.
How should a clinic handle schedule changes at short notice?
Schedules in Bangalore change often, and a clinic that can offer a new slot quickly keeps more patients. Keep a short list of patients who have asked to be contacted about earlier openings, and message them when a slot is freed. Record each reschedule so the recall and reminder schedule stays accurate.
What does a monthly review look like?
Once a month, review the no-show count, the number of rescheduled visits and the replies that needed a person to respond. Adjust the timing of the reminders if many patients are confirming late. Small changes like this make the sequence more effective over time.
How should a Bangalore clinic measure whether the messages are working?
Track three numbers each month: how many appointments were confirmed before the visit, how many visits were missed, and how many patients returned for a recall checkup on time. Compare the figures month by month rather than judging a single week. A clinic in Bangalore with a steady trend in these three numbers can see whether the change is working, and can make a small adjustment to timing or wording if one number moves the wrong way. A clinic that agrees these measures with its team at the start, and reviews them at the same time each month, will know quickly whether the messages are doing their job.
