Question 1

Do I need any technical knowledge to use NeolinQ?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. NeolinQ is designed for business owners, not engineers. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use NeolinQ. Setup takes about 15 minutes — we walk you through it.

Question 2

How does NeolinQ connect to WhatsApp?

Accepted Answer

We use the official WhatsApp Business API, which is the only compliant and scalable way to send WhatsApp messages at business scale. Your messages are sent from your own WhatsApp Business number.

Question 3

Will my customers know messages are automated?

Accepted Answer

Messages are personalized with your customer's name and relevant details, so they feel personal. You can also customize every template to match your communication style.

Question 4

Does NeolinQ work with my existing software?

Accepted Answer

NeolinQ works as a standalone system. You import your client list from Excel or CSV during setup — no integrations with other software are needed or required.

Question 5

Is there a limit on how many messages I can send?

Accepted Answer

The Starter plan includes 2,000 WhatsApp messages per month at ₹1,999. Messages beyond that are charged at ₹0.25 each. For most clinics and coaching institutes, 2,000 messages covers a full month of reminders, attendance alerts, and fee notifications.

Question 6

How does payment collection work?

Accepted Answer

Fee reminders and booking confirmations can carry a UPI payment link. Your customer taps it, their UPI app opens with the amount already filled in, and they pay in a few seconds. The money goes directly to your own UPI ID — NeolinQ never holds or processes it. You get a WhatsApp message when it is time to confirm the payment.

Question 7

Does NeolinQ take a cut of payments?

Accepted Answer

No. NeolinQ never touches the money. Payments go straight from your customer to your own UPI account. We charge only the ₹1,999 monthly subscription — nothing per transaction, no percentage.

Question 8

What happens if a customer replies to an automated message?

Accepted Answer

All replies are routed to your WhatsApp Bot inbox. You can respond directly from WhatsApp, and NeolinQ can also handle common replies automatically with intelligent response handling.

Question 9

Is my customer data secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We use enterprise-grade encryption, store data on Indian servers compliant with local data residency norms, and never share your customer data with third parties.

Question 10

Can I try NeolinQ before paying?

Accepted Answer

There is no free trial on the current plan. Book a demo and we will walk you through a live session using your own business details, so you can see exactly how it works before committing. Early customers also work directly with the founder.
