WhatsApp Automation for Dental Clinics in Delhi
WhatsApp Automation for Dental Clinics in Delhi
Dental clinics in Delhi see a steady flow of families, working professionals and older patients, and each group needs a different kind of reminder. Front desks in busy clinics often struggle to keep the recall list up to date.
What do dental clinics in Delhi need from WhatsApp automation?
A dental clinic in Delhi needs to confirm every appointment, remind patients before the visit, and bring patients back for routine checkups. WhatsApp is where patients already read messages, so it is the most direct channel for those three jobs.
How does NeolinQ solve it?
NeolinQ sends booking confirmations and reminders through WhatsApp for dental and physiotherapy clinics. It sends post-visit care messages after a procedure and six-month recall messages for patients who need a checkup. Patients can reply in the same conversation, and confirmation replies appear in the clinic's inbox.
Self-booking is also available. A patient who messages the clinic can book a free slot in a conversation, without waiting for the phone line to open.
What's included?
Booking confirmations, appointment reminders before the visit, post-visit care messages, six-month recall messages, and self-booking through WhatsApp. Patients can be imported from an Excel or CSV file, so the clinic starts with its existing list rather than re-entering it.
Payment links are being rolled out so that a clinic can ask for a token payment at booking. The money is designed to go directly to the clinic's own UPI ID; NeolinQ does not hold funds. Until the feature is available on your account, confirmations use the standard template.
Pricing
Starter is ₹1,999 per month with 2,000 messages included (₹0.25 per message beyond that). There is no free trial on the Starter plan. The Growth plan launches in December 2026. Setup takes about 15 minutes.

Why do Delhi clinics need a clear recall process?
Families in Delhi often book several visits in a year, and older patients may need checkups more regularly. A recall process that tracks each patient's last visit and sends a reminder on time keeps those visits from slipping. Without it, recall depends on the memory of a busy front desk, which is not reliable.
How should a clinic handle a family booking several appointments?
A family booking should be treated as a set of individual appointments, each with its own confirmation and reminder. Sending one message that lists all the appointments can be confusing, so send separate confirmations with clear names. Parents booking for children should receive messages for each child, not a combined message that is easy to misread.
What is a sensible approach to older patients?
Older patients may prefer a phone call for important changes, while still appreciating a WhatsApp reminder for routine visits. Ask each patient how they prefer to be contacted, and record the answer. Respecting that choice builds trust and keeps the schedule full.
How should a Delhi clinic measure whether the messages are working?
Track three numbers each month: how many appointments were confirmed before the visit, how many visits were missed, and how many patients returned for a recall checkup on time. Compare the figures month by month rather than judging a single week. A clinic in Delhi with a steady trend in these three numbers can see whether the change is working, and can make a small adjustment to timing or wording if one number moves the wrong way. A clinic that agrees these measures with its team at the start, and reviews them at the same time each month, will know quickly whether the messages are doing their job.
